I subscribed to SeeMusic from an old iMac, which allowed me to use SeeMusic version 2.7.1. When accessing from a fully updated Macbook, running the latest version of SeeMusic, it does not accept the "restore purchase", giving me subscription privileges on this Macbook.
Can you solve this?
If they can't, I thought about canceling my subscription on the old iMac so I could re-subscribe on the fully updated Macbook. Could this be a solution?

Which type of subscription did you purchase?
Do you have an email receipt for the purchase that you can forward to seemusicapp@gmail.com?
