Suddenly wont open

I used it two days ago, worked fine and great, paid new subscription for the month, but today suddently it wont open at all, i get an error it suddenly shut down, report to apple option before it barely even opens. Nothing happens at all. Really wanted to use this please lmk asap! I think I also just accidentally paid for a second subscription trying to log in on my mobile. Anyways really needed this do let me know I deleted everything and reinstalled, nothing.

I'll try to get a computer running Catalina and test... could be a little bit before I can make that happen.

Is there any way you can upgrade to at least MacOS 11 Big Sur?

do you think that would help? its so strange it literally worked fine like 3 days ago now it wont even open ive tried anything. I can update tomorrow and try if you think thatll help

upgrading to Big Sur will definitely, 100% fix it.

The issue is a 3rd party framework with a minimum system version of 11.0, which is Big Sur.
