Texture with 3D notes.

I enabled note texture and added a texture but it didn't show up with the 3D gem notes. I'm not sure what to do. Thank you

Thanks for sending the new information.

It looks like the notes aren't properly reflecting the 3D texture. This is likely because this Android device is not capable of 3D reflections. What exact model of phone are you using?

There is likely nothing I can do to fix this for your device, as it probably just doesn't have the capability. Can you use SeeMusic on a computer?

@visualmusicdesign ah man ok thanks so much though! And I use the Samsung S10 lite, hopefully soon I can get a gaming laptop and download seemusic there. Thank you again!

Please try resetting the Note Settings using the Reset button at the top right of the Note Settings panel.

After that, please send a screenshot of what you're seeing.

What platform and device is this on?

I'm on an Android Samsung. I reset the note settings and it seems that when the note reflectivity are at 1, the notes seem to come up Black and not show up.
