The non-upgraded version says that would be a watermark on the rendered video. But I can't find any exported video after spending long time

The app is not compatible with Windows 7.

You will need to upgrade to Windows 10.

I'm not sure if it would work properly installing Windows 10 on a secondary disk. (That is outside the realm of Technical Support for SeeMusic)

I tried SeeMusic v1.28 on 2 machines:

(1) 64 bit windows 7 , with a graphic card that doesn't support OpenGL

(2) 64 bit windows 7 , with an AMD graphic card that support OpenGL

machine(1) display no music notes, piano keyboard and those amazing visual effects, and exported video file is not founded after rendering.

machine(2) display normally all music notes, piano keyboard and those amazing visual effects during demo playing and rendering previews. But, still, exported video file is not founded after rendering.

Wonder if certain graphic cards are necessary. Or, will both machine (1) and (2) be OK if I add hardisk to install windows 10 ?

I am using Version 1.28 just downloaded today.

Does the system requirement actually includes OpenGL4.0 or above, just like Synthesia, or will it be fine without OpenGL4.0 ?

Does SeeMusic version1.28 work only on windows10 and not windows7 ?

• If rendering isn't working in the free verison, it won't work in the upgraded version. Please confirm that it is working in the free version before purchasing the upgrade...

• If you are rendering on Windows and the render is taking a very long time, please upgrade to Version 1.28 from the website - it may fix the issue: www.visualmusicdesign.com/seemusic
