The SeeMusic App Is Not Rendering Sound During or After Being Rendered

Computer: Macbook Pro

Midi Recording/Editing Software: Multitrack Studios

Video Editing Software: Shotcut

When I am trying to listen back to what I am playing, the sound does not seem to be coming out. I have made sure that my speakers are at full volume, as well as turn all the the volume slide bars in SeeMusic to max. Sound is still not coming out. Even when I have rendered the video, the rendered mp4 file still does not have sound from it, which you can see in my editing software. I have also made sure that my computer speakers are not broken by playing another video, which has sound too. Also, the video that has sound coming out was made in the same process as I am making mine right now. Can you please fix this? Thank you :)

when I try to render the video, the sound keeps cutting out alot but its good in the app. Can you help?

This is an unrelated thread - in the future, please make a new post, so that we can keep the forum organized.

I've manually activated your subscription - it should be showing as active now.

I don't know why it isn't properly registering on your computer. I would recommend getting the Yearly subscription in the future, so as not to potentially have this issue on a regular basis.

Alternatively, you can purchase the subscription on iOS or Android using the same account, if you want to avoid the issue happening on your Windows computer, and then log back in on Windows to use the same subscription.

I don't know what could be going wrong on your computer.

The server was down last night for about an hour - it has never happened before.

I've manually activated the purchase on the server - maybe try using a different device next time?

There was an issue with this in Version 4.0.9.

Could you please double check you have the 4.0.10 update installed from the App Store?
