The video schedule adjustment function is gone

I didn't see the function of MIDI and video alignment. Previous versions had this function, but now why not?

Video Tine Offset is what you’re looking for.

@saramaessa I moved the control to the top of that list, and renamed it "Video Time Sync", to make it easier to find.
