Unfortunately there aren't any debuggable errors. The issue here is almost definitely with the post-processing effect used by the Glow feature of the app.
First, please try downloading Version 3.7.2 from visualmusicdesign.com There is a very small chance it could fix the issue.
2. If that doesn't work, try disabling the Glow in Effect Settings. Does that fix the issue? If so, you would have to use the app without glow, or use a different device - there would be nothing else I could do about that.

(This folder might be hidden - you might need to Show Hidden Files in the View options in Windows Explorer)
