I'm using Seemusic since 2 months. I had a big issue after upgrading seemusic to the last version. All the videos are now impossible to see. There is this light that just avoid me to work.
Before the upgrade everything was working fine and beautifully.
Even this afternoon, I was preparing a session with seemusic and everything was working
I was using a version that I don't remember the exact log. I hesitate between 4.0.6 and 4.0.2 I purchased a monthly subscription in June 2021. Maybe it will help you determine which version I was using.
I'm using a 10.14.5 Macbook pro (mid 2015) , 2,8 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 Go 1600 MHz DDR3
Can you please help me ? I'm not interested in getting this version work if it takes a lot of time as I have to make a lot videos this month. Can you send a downgrade version ?
On the app store, I can't see any downgrade version and I didn't back up my computer.
Already fixed - fix will be included in update coming tonight / tomorrow.

Hello ! I've noticed a second issue (minor one still a bit annoying). The saber stops At 01:03 after a few seconds since the updates. At 01:03 for instance on that video https://youtu.be/31WfrM7QHxQ ; same here https://youtu.be/N_lbtmOaWQ4 Some of them had custom color on sabers, others not. this one at 00:40
what can be the problem ?
- Open up Display Settings from the left of the main screen
- On the Video Plugin option, choose Unity
Everything should be the way it was before the update.
