Trying to upgrade but confirmation email not being sent.

The current version of the app shouldn't require email verification...

Also, I'm unable to find an account with that email right now... have you created an account inside the app?

I don't know why, but I can't create an account with my email.

@visualmusicdesign Thank you! This has worked... if I choose the 1 month only at 9.99 is that a recurring payment or just a one off? I'll probably use it a few times a year so presumably can pay for a month whenever I need to? M

@festivaldirector It specifically says which is a One-Time Payment, and which is the renewing subscription - it should be clear which is which on the UI.

The One-Time Payment will not renew, and will work as you are suggesting.

Can´t upgrade, seems like it just doesn't go through. I really need this software
