Everytime I try to render a video it gets stuck on 33% and says "time left -1:-1"
How do I resolve this, audio renders fine but after the 33% mark this screen comes up

Hi, I'm having the same problem, working Mac Big Sur 11.2.3. (I have the licensed version). My video is about 9 min. I'm going to try a the AvPro to Basic toggle & then get in touch with details as per requested above. Thanks - I absolutely love the program btw - stunning. I'm about to release about 10 years of songwriting with your software...really excited.

Hello, sorry you're having that issue, and thank you for the positive feedback!
There definitely is an option in all versions to switch between AVPro and Basic in Render Settings. Click the settings icon just before rendering and you will see it.

Before you do any of that - also try switching the "Render Framework" in Render Settings to the other option
- If its currently AVPro, try Basic
- If its currently Basic, try AVPro

Sorry that it’s not working well for you right now.
I’ll need you to send me all of the following to look into this:

Please send the following to visualmusicdesign@gmail.com:
2. The original MIDI and video files used for the render
3. Screenshot of Media Settings window (third button from top left on main screen)
4. Screenshot of Render Settings window
5. Screenshot of Display Settings window (left of main screen)
6. Log file immediately after experiencing the freeze in app:
The Log file on MacOS is located at:
~/Library/Containers/com.VisualMusicDesign.SeeMusicUnity/Data/Library/Logs/Visual Music Design/SeeMusic/Player.log
To easily get to this folder, use the GO menu at the top of the Finder, and select GO TO FOLDER, and copy that address into it.
