The first image is what the video looks like in SeeMusic before rendering and the second image is after it is rendered. Any idea how I might fix this?

I'm sorry - I don't know what's happening here.
My recommendation would be to try to turn off each of the effects one by one, to see if you can isolate the issue, especially:
- Lights
- Texture
- Glow
If none of those seem to be the issue, then try rendering with just the MIDI and no video, and see if the issue is still there?
