Video delay setting does not work in render

Hello -

I have an issue where I can get my video and midi file synchronized in the preview, by offsetting the video. However when I render the video it does not use the delay that I have setup in the settings, and is un-synchronized. Very noticeable because I need about a 1.9 second delay.
