Video import problem

Hi, I have a problem, with the mobile I can but on the Mac no, the videos were not seen on the Mac so I tried the Android application and it is perfectly functional, then out of curiosity I tried to import the video rendered with the mobile phone but the same problem arises, how is it resolved?

I would like to buy it on the Mac, as it is more convenient.

1. Can you please send a screenshot of the Video Settings window, showing the Video Opacity and Video Brightness settings sliders? You can open Video Settings from the Media Settings window you just sent a screenshot of.

2. Just to note - Because the Saber video is loading, the video plugin is working in general... this is a strange issue. I would really like to figure out what could be happening and fix this for you. Has the app ever worked properly with video in the past on this computer?

Please try setting: Brightness to 0 , Contrast to 1, Hue to 0, Saturation to 1.

The Log file on MacOS is located at:

~/Library/Containers/com.VisualMusicDesign.SeeMusicUnity/Data/Library/Logs/Visual Music Design/SeeMusic/Player.log

To easily get to this folder, use the GO menu at the top of the Finder, and select GO TO FOLDER, and copy that address into it.

One thing to try could be to assign a MIDI file to that piece as well. Click “Select MIDI file” to choose a midi file

Try opening Display Settings (left side of main screen) and change the Video Plugin to Unity.

It could be an issue with the type of videos you are trying to import.

What version of MacOS operating system are you using?

Is Catalina, my phone record MP4 in 4k i try 1080p but i have the same problem 🤷🏼‍♂️
