Video Lagging & No Audio

I'm using the last version on MacBook Pro & iPhone 12. on Mac, video is lagging even the sample videos and there is no Audio. Moreover, the App on my iPhone suddenly stopped and on App Store they said it is not compatible. I have tried to download it on my PC and the software does not work.

2. What computer model and version of MacOS are you using?

3. What exactly do you mean by "video is lagging"? Is this in the playback in the app or in a render?

4. What exactly do you mean by "there is no Audio?" Is this in the playback in the app or in a render?

5. How long have you used SeeMusic?

personnally i have updated to v 4.4.4 and videos are now super laggy. nothing smooth. i run with a RTX 3090, so definitely coming from my hardware. even on the preview, particules and stricklets are like sequences and scatter (nothing smooth) any reasons?
