Video seems to be uploaded as a background even if I select 'hands'

I finally got everything ready, and then this happens 😩 It seems like the program forces the mp4 to be uploaded as a background. I cannot get rid of it. It happened after I upgraded to the newest version of SeeMusic. This happens with every new piece I upload Laptop: Asus Rog Flow x13

Open Effect Settings (the particles icon button immediately to the right of the Color Settings button)

2. Click the Background Switch to turn off the Background.

If you are experiencing an issue with the app incorrectly importing videos as Background, can you please make a screen capture video showing how you are importing them? I tested and I can't replicate that issue easily.
