I was previously running on a 10 year old computer, but with an Nvidia GTX 1060, and recently upgraded to great modern specs: Ryzen 5800X, still the 1060 though, 16GB DDR4 RAM (Running Windows 10.)
On my old 10 year old computer, I didn't have major problems, but now on this new computer, for some reason specifically to SeeMusic, the visualizer animation is very, very slow unless I click on the window to make it the only active window. This isn't entirely an option because I use SeeMusic as my visualizer for either streaming piano, or for teaching in my online piano lessons.
This is a fresh install of Windows as well as SeeMusic v.4.4.2, and am running it at 60fps preview.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Version 4.4.3 is now available for Windows from www.visualmusidesign.com
Can you please give it a try and let me know if it fixes the issue?
Thank you
I think I've implemented a fix for this - will be available in Version 4.4.3.
The new update should be available by tomorrow.
Thank you
This should be very easily fixable - you just need to increase the Animation Speed value in the app.
The Animation Speed slider is located at the top of Effect Settings - third button from the top right on the main menu.
Used OBS to record as I usually do. 1st Video: Inactive Window, Slow Animation Speed bug.
2nd video: Active Window, Normal Animation speed (No Settings were changed).
