Visualizer Animation very slow unless it is the ONLY active window.

@Henry Hutchinson At that point it would just be performance / hardware related.

The particles are extremely performance intensive. You can try disabling the Fog or some of the other particle effects to improve performance.

The computer may deprioritize the app if it is running in the background. There isn't much I can do about that...

@visualmusicdesign Yeah, keeping the particles there isn't important to me I could probably turn that off; I will say though, that it visually looks like it's a similar problem to the original inactive window problem where the notes were slow (This time it's the particles that are slow until you click on the window to be active). As for the 60fps problem, I edited my recent response shortly after posting it to include my workaround, So I know it is a bug:

If I toggle Live Camera on and off, it will stay at 60fps and there is no problem, everything is good.

If I open SeeMusic and do not toggle Live Camera on then off, it will get stuck at 30fps.

@Henry Hutchinson If you've identified what seems to be a new bug, please make a new post explaining the specific issue in detail - it's very difficult to read inside the thread replies.

A video screen capture would be very helpful for issues like this.

@visualmusicdesign Sorry, let me phrase that differently.

The problem is not what you are suggesting. The videos I sent are of the same settings/animation speeds. The glitch/bug is that despite having the same animation speeds setting, if SeeMusic is not the currently active window, the animation speeds will be slow. If I click on the SeeMusic window, that animation speeds will be normal.

This happens unexpectedly, however I found that I can replicate it a little more by clicking on Chrome. If Chrome is the active window, the SeeMusic animations will be very slow, but the moment I click on the SeeMusic windows it will be normal again.
