There is an identified issue where users with usernames containing non-English characters can potentially cause this issue. Does your username have any non-English characters or punctuation in it?
Could you please attach the Log file to this post as a .zip, so that I can try to figure out what's going wrong on your computer? The Log file is located at:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Visual Music Design\SeeMusic\Player.log
(This folder might be hidden - you might need to Show Hidden Files in the View options in Windows Explorer)

I actually found a way to resolve the problem : i changed the directory name from "SeeMusic Windows <version>" to "SeeMusic" (without spaces, so" and it worked. (Sorry for my bad English). Thank you!

@Logan Letellier That's great to know! I will try to distribute future versions of SeeMusic Windows with just SeeMusic as the folder name.
