Hello I have Mac book air. And when I open see music app on computer there is no keyboard appearing. it is black. how can I set up normal? I deleted app and re downloaded. but it is same. on my Samsung computer see music is normal showing keyboard from the beginning. Please help. thanks.
Hi Now I see keyboard. It was because of opacity was too low at setting.

1. What is the Keyboard Opacity set to in Keyboard Settings?
2. Try clicking the Reset Settings button at the left of the Keyboard Settings window to reset only the Keyboard Settings.
3. If it still isn't working, please send a screenshot of the Keyboard Settings window.

3. when I choose moonlight sonata without clicking play button there is no keyboard appering.
but when I click play button I see keyboard with particles.

Open Effect Settings (third button from top right). There is a switch under the Keyboard Settings button. Is it turned on?
Open Piece Settings (top left corner of main screen). Select Sample Pieces. Select Moonlight Sonata. Can you see the Keyboard now?
