When I launch the app there's a synthesia video but I deleted everything in the app but the video still there and if I move the keyboard position it moves the whole screen like if it's mixed with the app, I deleted every piece and I can't delete this synthesia video so I can't start a new video (I just want to start from zero, I also reinstalled the app)

Maybe you imported that as a Background video somehow?
Go to Effect Settings, and try using the switches to turn off:
- Background
- Saber
- Texture
That does not come with the app - that must be something you imported at some point.
