Thanks for the information -
- For Windows, Windows 7 is not supported by Microsoft or Unity any longer. You'll need to update to at least Windows 8.1 - ideally Windows 10 - to use the app.
- For Android, I will check this and post an update - it was previously tested, but it's possible it's somehow not working correctly - will get back on this.
Hii as you said I copied the midi in seemuisc folder but it doesn't appeard in the app also I tried to copy it in Midi files folder but the same problem is occurring...and also as per App said tap on file click on open with that "Open With" option is not there I tried it in 2 3 phones
I am using windows 7 sometimes it crashes on launch but when I click on render it crashes everytime...and in Android I will try what you said and will get back to you
Hello,
Sorry that you're having some issues!
- For Windows, can you tell me :
1. When does the crash occur? Does the app crash on launch?
2. What version of Windows are you running? Can you tell me the model of your computer?
There's been one other report of a crash on launch, but the app is completely stable on my Windows computer, and many other users are using it successfully on Windows.
- For Android, when you tap the Import button on the home screen, it will give you information on how to import a MIDI file. You can tap files on your Google Drive or Files, and then Copy them to SeeMusic, and the app will import them automatically.
Please let me know if you still have a question about it, or if it still doesn't seem like it's working.
