[ WIN 10 - App can't do anything ]

in this welome screen, it still normal then if enter seeMusic

the default effects (saber, glow, etc) didn't show up whereas the settings are turned on, the play button isn't working (stuck 0:00 minutes) and i tried to import video and midi and it still not working, the video didn't showup, then

i tried to render and stuck 0%

should i download the old version or maybe this because of my laptop ? Spec: ASUS X555QG Win 10 Pro 64bit AMD A12 Radeon R7 12 GB Memory

- Could you actually please try using the newest version from the website - Version 2.5.2?

Also, has the app ever worked properly on this laptop?

the play button problem now is solved. i just open the app for more than 30 minutes and only the play button worked. Btw, i'm sorry.. now currently downloading the newest version, i assume 2.4 is same as 2.5 bcs i read the release version of 2.5 there's no bug fixed notice 😅

i download the latest version (2.5.x) then nothing is changed. But i know the main problem now.. this problem is same as my OBS STUDIO problem that i cannot record screen with 2 enabled display adapters driver.

I disable my dedicated graphic card on device manager and then it works normally :D. Thankyou for your response, Hope this can help other users with the same problem
